This course equips learners with the knowledge and skills required to manage and lead early years settings in Ireland. This includes both the business management skills needed to operate a successful early years business and the educational leadership skills to engage and motivate children, fellow educators and parents. The course includes four 5 credit modules covering these key skills and competencies.
