St Nicholas Montessori Society of Ireland is seeking a qualified Montessori Directress to join our Dún Laoghaire school. This is a full-time, term-time position starting in September.

About the role

You will take responsibility for a mixed-age 3–6 classroom: preparing and maintaining the environment, observing each child closely, and presenting the Montessori materials at the moment each child is ready for them. You will work alongside a classroom assistant as part of a small, supportive teaching team.

What we are looking for

• A recognised Montessori qualification (AMI, MIA or equivalent)
• Experience in a 3–6 classroom, or a recent graduate with strong teaching placements
• Garda vetting — we will support you through this process
• The right to work in Ireland
