We are seeking an experienced Montessori Directress for our Newtownpark school, starting in September. This is a full-time, term-time position.

About the role

You will lead one of our largest 3–6 classrooms, supported by a full-time assistant. The environment is well established and fully resourced, and you will have real freedom in how you observe, record and guide each child through the materials.

What we are looking for

• A recognised Montessori diploma (AMI, MIA or equivalent)
• At least two years leading a 3–6 classroom
• Confidence communicating with parents at drop-off and in formal meetings
• Garda vetting — we will support you through this process
