Catherine McTamaney is an award-winning educator, author, and Professor of the Practice of Teacher Education at Vanderbilt Universitys Peabody College. Dr. McTamaney has authored several books on education and teaching, including The Tao of Montessori, A Delicat Task: Living, Learning and Teaching on a Montessori Path, and Only Poets and Little Children. She hosts Montessori Daoshi, a free online resources for parents, teachers and schools. Catherine is the proud daughter of a St. Nicholas- trained Montessori teacher.
