Rita is a trustee on the board of St. Nicholas’s Montessori Association of Ireland. She is also a senior consultant with Centigo UK & Ireland and a member of their Strategy and Innovation practice. Rita draws upon her significant operations leadership experience to help effect sustainable transformation and resilience. She has led various organisations (commercial and community) from conception stage through to successful performance. She is an experienced project manager with a proven ability to lead and coach teams to success while delivering exceptional outcomes. Rita is creative, solutions driven and has a focused interest in driving sustainability and continuous improvement.

Rita has an MSc in Supply Chain Management. She also holds Certificates in Diversity and Inclusion, and Project management and has recently completed her Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma
