The Montessori Bridge: A Bridging Year for 11-13 Year Olds
The Montessori Bridge is a bridging year for 11-13 year olds transitioning to secondary school. The Montessori Bridge programme is part of the St Nicholas Montessori group of schools and Third level College. The Montessori Bridge is a novel and unique way to support adolescents in their transition to young adulthood.
Taking place over a year of fun, friendship and personal growth, the Montessori Bridge mission is to:
- Press pause on pressure
- Take time out to reset
- Reflect on what inspires you
- Learn to handle big emotions
- Become more independent
