Afternoon childcare – Job Advert
It’s Mrs. McKeown‘s desire to hire a person who has their own vehicle to assist with school pick-ups and basic child care.
They are based in Donnybrook and can work any day of the week. They hope to go on vacation in July and are looking for the right candidate to join them.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
Where? St Michaels College in Ballsbridge is for the girls and Alexandra College Miltown is for the boys.
The Right Candidate: Mrs. McKeown needs someone five afternoons a week, but she can manage if someone can’t do every afternoon. Despite the fact that she is a stay-at-home mom with four young children, all of whom attend school and have busy schedules, her current nanny picks them up at 3 p.m. and takes them to their various after-school activities, swapping between the boys and girls as needed.
Hours: There are typically 15-20 hours a week, with the possibility of additional babysitting if it is possible.
Duties: include collecting school supplies, completing homework, and preparing snacks for hungry children if necessary. It would be extremely unusual for her to care for all four of her children at the same time, as they all have different schedules.
Skills As all of her children attended Montessori schools and adored them, she would adore a teacher-student pairing. Qualifications aren’t a requirement; she just wants someone the kids will like and who will be a good nanny, fun and reliable for their children, period.
